After being in this business for twenty years, I can confess openly that I am a Tile Geek. While I’ve almost always worked in stores like this with a wide range of products, my first love is ceramic tile and stone. If it weren’t for the commute, I would probably have stayed as a showroom manager for Rubble Tile in Woodbury. Luckily, I left that job in 2000 and found my way to KS Interiors—which is now Bella Casa. How serendipitous!
I’ve been married for 37 years to a very funny man, named John. The secret to this marriage is simple: he makes me laugh. And, I guess you could do worse than laugh through life. We also have two very nice children, Erin and Ryan, and two perfect, super-intelligent, beautiful and handsome grandchildren, Emily and Bob.
I probably have a lot in common with most of you. I like to read, travel, bike and golf. But my other real passion (beside tile) is dancing. John and I love to swing dance, two-step and, most of all, line dance. We go two or three nights a week. It’s great exercise, both physically and mentally, and you meet the nicest people, which is also a good reason to hang out at Bella Casa. You meet the nicest people there, too. |
