Many in Red Wing know me for my involvement in so many arenas. Most of my working career has been in the field of marketing and developing creative outlets for businesses and individuals to shine. I love to be involved up to my eyeballs and so I guess it seems very natural that I decided to buy a business and do so for myself and my business. I had been involved in the management and marketing of KS Interiors for four years prior to buying it and forming Bella Casa Interiors. I love design but just as importantly I love working with Linda and our customers.
In addition to starting a new business I have experienced some other changes in my life and have found a new and exciting chapter in my life. It is filled with wonderful friends, family and my baby, Shadow, an abandoned and abused dog that brings me love and companionship whenever we are together. I love wine and share a passion for it with a dear new friend that is a grape grower. So life is good.
I mentioned being involved, you have no idea. I have been involved with the YMCA Y-Pals program for over 20 years. I guess my Y-pal is no longer a Y-pal but one of my dearest friends. I am a retired Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce; and thinking of becoming active again, I have sat on various boards and currently act as the Development Director for the Community Development Council for St. Brigid’s at Hi-Park. In addition, I remain a marketing consultant for a few of my long-term marketing clients. My goal for Bella Casa Interiors is to be “the” destination place for any home or business design and decorating.
